LABOUR LAW: Wages - Service Charge- Whether a part of Wages- Labour Ordinance ( Sabah) s2
The pivotal words in s2(3) of the Labour Ordinance were "work done in respect of his contract of service". As long as payments were made because of that service, they fell within the definition of wages.
